Make Room for Jesus

This year has been a constant flux of changes. Life became slow, quiet, even isolated, but now as things begin to open again, the ‘chaos’ of it all might leave you thinking… ‘What now?’

The ease of lockdown won’t mean an instant ‘breakthrough’, and it’s in those moments of ‘waiting’ that we need to continue to ‘Make room for Jesus’. Like the men in Luke Chapter 5 who lowered their paralysed friend through the CEILING before Jesus’ feet because they just KNEW that Jesus was the only one who could help them… sometimes the best thing we can do is step out in faith and do whatever it takes to make room for Him.

Even if that means simply switching on the radio.

When you turn on UCB 1 or UCB 2, you’ll hear the sound of HOPE. In the lyrics of a song, in the reading of a Scripture, in a presenter’s prayer, in the movement of the Holy Spirit. UCB Radio is completely ad-free – that means both stations can only continue to broadcast thanks to your generosity.

Your gift right now during the UCB Radio Appeal will help so many people ‘Make room for Jesus’ wherever they are, at any time of day. Because when you switch on UCB 1 or UCB 2, you will hear worship, prayer, and God’s Word fill your atmosphere, and that can make all the difference.

While times may be difficult in light of the pandemic, if you’re able, will you accept this invitation to join UCB in spreading hope right now?

Your donation to UCB today could make a life-changing impact on others in the future. Please complete the form on the right, or call UCB’s Supporter Care team on 01782 911 000.

You can also give a gift by calling UCB’s automated giving line – any time, day or night – on 01782 911 911. Thank you.

More about how you can support UCB

‘My parents were told that I would not live beyond twelve years of age – I am now fifty one! When I was a young child, a lady from my Mum’s church…prayed for me and laid hands on me and, after that, I gradually became stronger…until there is now absolutely no trace of the disease and I have been completely healed. Hallelujah!

I love to pray, and I even pray while I am driving to work…while listening to the breakfast show on UCB. I turn the songs up really loud, and as I am singing and praying and driving along…I am always reminded of the awesome gift of life that the Lord has given me, as I am living a life that I really should not be living (medically speaking).’!
